Pre-Mortise Option: We pre-mortise for your
Merit or Von Morris latchset $65 Note: If you are purchasing the
Pre-Hung Option, pre-mortising is already included.

Pre-Hung Option: Door will be provided as
a pre-hung unit including custom 1-1/4" thick mahogany brick mould which will
be mitered, glued, screwed and plugged. The hinges, lockset and strike plate
will be pre-mortised, but will need to be assembled on site. The pre-hung
option does not include the price of the hardware itself. $350
